One of Nation's Largest Healthcare Delivery Networks: Led business intelligence re-architecture and stabilization efforts following merger of two Epic EHR instances, including the creation of applications centered around patient access, panel attribution, quality measures, and reimbursement analysis.
Healthcare Provider Practice: Architected, and led development team in creation of, client’s very first foray into business intelligence and data analytics, transforming disparate and complex data sources into a cohesive suite of applications, the widespread adoption of which directly led to a dramatic improvement in patient outcomes, a decrease of 60% in gaps-in-care, and reimagined self-service expense management and claims adjustments processes.
Startup Pharmaceutical Manufacturer: Led collaborative efforts with client’s budding in-house development team to create a full suite of pharma analytics solutions from scratch including subnational sales, national sales, field activity, trade, copay, and managed care analyses.
